Drink your way to good health with this fruit smoothie, combined with wholesome seeds and of soy milk

 

Effortless and refreshingly healthy, this smoothie combines fresh fruit with earthy wholesome seeds and a touch of oats for body.

WHAT YOU NEED

1 apple, diced
1 pear, diced
Handful blueberries (or any berries)
3 tbp porridge oats
1 tbsp flaxseeds ( or linseeds)
1 tbsp melon/sesame/pumpkin seeds
1tsp–spirulina powder (if available)
300 ml – almond, Soy, or normal milk

 

Method | Put everything into a kitchen blender (mixie) and blend on full speed for 90 seconds! Divide into two glasses and drink immediately. Enjoy a delicious combination of fresh fruit, seeds and oats.
