WHAT YOU NEED |
1 apple, diced
1 pear, diced
Handful blueberries (or any berries)
3 tbp porridge oats
1 tbsp flaxseeds ( or linseeds)
1 tbsp melon/sesame/pumpkin seeds
1tsp–spirulina powder (if available)
300 ml – almond, Soy, or normal milk Method | Put everything into a kitchen blender (mixie) and blend on full speed for 90 seconds! Divide into two glasses and drink immediately. Enjoy a delicious combination of fresh fruit, seeds and oats.
