While it is very easy to say that it is a ‘plant-based diet’, you may find yourself trapped in the dilemma of knowing what all food products contain animal products. Then the dairy products, like, paneer, milk, curd, ghee, cheese etc. Honey also is an animal product, which makes it out from the list of veganism. Also, anything that has gelatin should also be excluded because it is prepared from collagen taken from animal body parts.
