Known for its incredible sea views and location in a 1930s villa, Mirazur speaks delicacy and beauty at the same time. Roughly translated as ‘look at the blue’, Mirazur suggests a vantage point over the water. And it certainly does justice to its name. The irresistible gastronomy

Mirazur is special, the one you binged on might not be available on your next visit. This is because the menu keeps changing. Among all these, some dishes here are the specialities for which Colagreco's regular diners keep finding their way back again and again. Red beetroot with caviar cream is loved by everyone. Bright red beetroot is first presented to diners at the table, then cooked in a salt crust before wafer-thin slices and is served in a sauce studded with black pearls of caviar. Similarly, their sharing bread is a round loaf in six pieces that comes in a wooden bowl. Accompanying the bread is vibrant yellow olive oil infused with lemon juice. Lemon in Mirazur is undeniably Colagreco's signature ingredient – along with ginger. To get a dearer taste of the sea, oyster with tapioca, shallot cream, and pear should be a perfect match.
