As September arrives, stunning Aspen trees turn bright gold, yellow, orange, and red making for some spectacular fall colours in Aspen. To experience the best, head to the Maroon Bells Scenic Area which turns out to be an amazing background for fall foliage. With the Maroon Bells as the backdrop and huge aspens surrounding the clear blue waters, it all looks like coming straight out of a landscape painting. You might have never thought of California for visiting to see the fall, but hear us loud. It is one of the most understated places to experience the beauty of autumn. During the fall, the Napa Valley is covered with yellow and red fall foliage with a pinch of aroma that tastes of fermenting grapes seed. World-famous for its wine, visiting the valley during the fall can also add up to a bonus of watching all the hard work that goes to make that one bottle of wine - the scenery in the valley thus becomes a treat to the palate and the eyes.
