In 1993, Alfredo completed his diploma in Hotel Management and after that, he served the reputed restaurants like Bukhara at Maurya Sheraton and Dakshin at Park Sheraton during his chef training. In 1991 Alfred moved to London and by 2001 he earned his acclamation as a sous chef at Tamarind where he introduced new flavours and menus! On the culinary map, Alfred is the only Indian chef who has held a Michelin Star tag for thirteen long years. Not just this, but Alfred’s famous dishes like Bhuna Gosht and Vegan Jackfruit Khow Suey are the most revered Indian-contemporary items on the menu that will whip magic in every single bite!

In 2018 this kitchen legend collaborated with The Oberoi to create Omya to pay his tribute to the culinary evolution of the Indian subcontinent which clearly means that here you don't have to restrict yourself from exploring the gastronomic journey of the unique flavours of the British-Indian food (all you have to do is eat like there is no tomorrow!). For this pop-up, the specially curated menu includes finger-licking dishes like The Omya Chaat, Delhi Sorbet, Paneer ke Sule, and Omya chicken curry amongst many other sumptuous offerings. Owing to the London-based chef's popularity, we bet that with every bite you take, your love for food will be magnified!

Join this delightful food pop-up and enjoy a sensory and luxe experience with the celebrated chef. Plus, if your dinner plan seems a little uncertain then you can even plan for brunches and lunches because this chef-special menu will be served from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

Remember to take your gentleman in full-length trousers and closed shoes because they're quite serious about the dress code!
