Who is Heston | This man hardly needs an introduction, he is a globally acclaimed British celebrity chef and owner of one of the most reputed restaurants – The Fat Duck, The Hind's Head and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Heston is indeed a discovery in the world of chefs – a pioneer of several futuristic dishes, genius of molecular gastronomy, and a souvenir of some exquisite recipes, especially his famous ‘tarte of strawberries’ (a heavenly sweet dish made of  vanilla cream, white chocolate, strawberry, mountain pepper and anise myrtle sorbet.) His creations are magic (literally!).

For those of you in Mumbai, Blumenthal will be serving at Romano’s, JW Marriott Mumbai, Sahar on the 20th of April and for Delhi, it’s organized at the Playground, JW Marriott New Delhi, Aerocity on the 21st of April. Why should you go | If you are a gourmand who loves experimental and exclusive recipes, there’s nothing better than an evening like this, where you not only get to explore a multi-sensory five-course meal but a taste of passion and talent. And of course, if you were searching for a host for your weekend dinner, we found you one!
